Joy founded Drapes of Joy Incorporated in 1986. She has done extensive study in window
coverings and is a certified window treatment consultant. She always operates under a professional code of ethics.
Joy also offers in-home consultations where she will design your window treatments and help you with the fabric selection
process. In 1997 she expanded her service to include on site drapery and upholstery cleaning.
